ETA serves many different and diversified customers. Most of them have formal quality management systems and rarely are they consistent among our other customers. We have found the best approach to manage quality is to work with the customers to establish the quality needs upfront and include them in the deliverables for the job. We are capable of providing detailed measurements and analysis for the jobs we run in the shop. Detailed engineering prints and material lists for the engineering work and detailed equipment documentation for the automation work. We customize the quality assurance deliverables for each job based on discussions with our customers and their needs. We want to provide everything that is needed at the best possible price.
